Job Title:  Technical Resources – mid level (Level II – III) customer facing technical resources
Location: Santa Clara, San Jose, Bay Area - California

Job Description:
A technical resources with IT Infrastructure, Network, SharePoint and Exchange implementations background are required for internal and external Client projects. An ideal candidate will have a technical degree with 3-5 years of experience in technical implementations in Microsoft technologies. Typical project will be an IT initiative developed by a team consisting of customer and the customer facing consults. This team will be led by a Program/Project Manager and lead technical resource responsible for technical design and implementations.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of technical experience in Microsoft technologies

• Demonstrated success in creating designs and implementations in at least one of the following:
  
• IT Infrastructure and a business networks
  
• Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange Server or other package
  
• Web-based applications implementation
  
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
  
• Must be able to work in a small team environment
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Domain and Industry focus in IT, Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Finance and Security
  
• Must have successful IT project experience using Microsoft technologies

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for design and implementation of package software in a team environment
  
• Interact with customer and internal functional teams to support project tasks

Skills:

• Must have Microsoft package technologies implementation experience

• Must be able to use Microsoft Project

• Must be experienced with Microsoft Office suite

Education and Certifications:

• Technical degree is required
• Must be MCP
• MCSE is a plus
